"Em-O"

What is it about Elmo that children just seem to flock to him? Molly has discovered the furry guy, or "Em-O" as she refers to him. Yet, she's never seen a Sesame Street episode to know how cute and loveable he can be or to hear his funny laugh. Her only introduction to him was though books. Well last night she discovered the chair. Here she is lounging in Morgan's old red chair. Molly loves it!! She found it yesterday afternoon and couldn't part with it, so we brought it upstairs from the basement to the family room. After dinner, she crawled up in it and was just chillin'. Look at her little legs crossed. I read to her while she sat in her new "Em-O" chair.

Molly is very particular about her books, by the way. She knows which ones she likes and which ones she doesn't, and she's not afraid to voice her opinion. She does enjoy reading though. Her favorites are "peek-a-boo" books. And she likes to help turn the pages, even if you've not finished reading it yet. It looks like Molly will follow in Morgan's footsteps as far as reading goes. My little bookworms.
