A compound close to us had a Chinese New Year Celebration today, complete with traditional lion and dragon dance, drums and dancing. The sun is shining today, which was nice since we were outside for the festivities. Morgan enjoyed watching the lion's play, and you'll see in the pictures where the white one "swallowed" her. Once the dancers were done they led everyone to the front of the compound. And a character dressed in costume gave all of the children hong boa, or red envelope. Inside the envelope were two chocolate gold coins. Morgan loved that!
