Kimchi Anyone?!?!

It's that time of year again, when everyone that works for you gathers outside to make the yearly supply of kimchi.  Kimchi is pickled cabbage and a Korean staple.  They seriously eat it with breakfast, lunch and dinner.  I've never tried it, but it smells a lot like cabbage soup.  This was the seen outside of our neighbor's house this weekend.  All week I watched the guards peel tubs and tubs of garlic.  Now I know why.  These aren't the best pics, but you get the idea.
