Double Parked??

No problem!!  Just call the cell phone number posted on the windshield of the car that is blocking you.  The owner will stop what they are doing (shopping, eating, business meeting) and come move their vehicle so you can get out.  Or....if you are in a parking garage with "organized" double parking, you simply push the vehicle out of the way.  No kidding!  I found myself blocked in yesterday after shopping.  The attendant in the garage came over and pushed the offending vehicle aside.  These cars are left in Neutral for this very reason.
