What Was I Thinking?!?!?!

I've really been on a roll with my workouts lately and I am proud of myself for the effort I have putting into this weight loss challenge.  On a regular workout day I'll walk Sadie in the morning, jogging the last stretch of our route.  Then I go to the club and do a 15 minute warm up on the treadmill, weigh training and then 30 minutes on the treadmill or bike.  Today I did that, but instead of 30 minutes on the treadmill I took a 1 hour yoga class.  It was actually a really good class.  The instructor was nice and helpful and there were all levels of experience represented in the class.  Towards the end of class I was feeling pretty limber and didn't give it a second thought when she told us to do the splits.  Now I will say, that in this small class of 7 students I was the only one all the way down.  Pretty good considering I'm a long way away from my dance/cheerleading prime.  I was feeling so proud.  Now I'm just feeling the pain.  Oh My!
